@Doomsday™ = right decision but rated the loser a digit or 2 too high. Expo was pretty much spot on besides their not being enough emphasis on the poor wording (mainly the loser) and the dated concepts (The winner) The way I read it the winner had the basic idea on how to punch and play but had stale ideas (1 of them being forced, which u pointed out *Annakin don't = In a can lol*) while the loser had no ideas mixed with really sloppy wording *This FAKES a FRAUD, Stoney chicks?!?!? ect*

Neither were great but the loser was def at a lower level and the rate should reflect that.

You need to point things like that out because their are a really big crutch for people starting out, even some "vets" suffer from this atrocious wording and they need to cut it out and start using proper english over nonsense filler. I agree the winners best bar was the Spears 1 but the Federline Spears relationship is like 6 to 10 years old. At it's base It's played as fuck. And that's not just opinion that's fact.

Gave some good advice at the end though about wording their verses so they sound more natural and less forced. It's something people don't pay anywhere near enough attention to on here.

I think he took the line from a joke site then put "Will" in there to add some sort of relevance but it makes no sense with his name in there other than it sounding lime some gay innuendo. Potter had none of that and it was so poorly worded I'm really surprised that you voted for him. FVC have VP enough to decide the outcome of a battle and imo, in order to be an FVC u have to be accurate, harsh and always drop a vote that is a 100% refelection of the battle. @Anarchist - Pretty decent. Expo was on point, you covered all the elements as far as detailing what they did wrong and what they should work on as well as how they should work on it. Only thing is, you need to condense all that. I know you generally don't vote like that, just keep it short and sweet to encourage the battlers to actually read and take it in. Trust me I'm all about long expos cuz they fully promote elevation but for your sake I'd keep it shorter so your not crying on deaf ears. As far as the rating, 4-4 seems pretty fair to me, I usually only go below 4 if it was really bad (which it was moderately bad but I've seen worse) and it really just keeps people

You still did your thing, giving a vivid breakdown of errors and weaknesses and then trying to steer them in the right direction, but just like I told Anarchist, you need to make the expo more compact for the reasons already mentioned. As far as the rating you also gave 4-4 but in favor of W.H which in all honesty wasn't a problem, I felt both had the same kin if ups and downs to counterbalance each other so in the end it all really came down to what your preference in battling was, I know Just C prolly thinks I'm wrong but w.e I think the main point was they were both pretty evenly matched and at a low level so Im not counting that against you.

@X-Calibur - i've always loved your very close and personal approach as well as your bar by bar breakdown, and I can always count on you to give a decently sized expo but in this case your expo was at least 3-4 times your normal size. Again, keep it compact. Two you did rate both of them a bit too high, I was lookin in the 3-4 range for both but you went 5-6 W.H favor. I've observed that in other battles you've judged and as a FVC member you really need to be harsh and not be afraid to tell people what your need to work on in a harsh manner be prepared for the bitchin.

Your length was key here, and I see the consistency of how you usually vote because you always do the broken uo thing, although I know yours wasnt as log as te others it was the ideal length or close to, however I felt you should've been a bit more explicit as far as what they could've done better or rather how they could've done better.

Overall, I wasn't looking for the rates as they were all pretty similar and I think this battle was somewhat evenly matched as I stated earlier, I used to do long add expos but know I not do them if it's someone I know will listen like a friend or a person of higher tier set for elevation. Otherwise long expos are unnecessary, of course "long" is subjective but I think 3/4 expos here were overkill. Give a brief summary that is more concise but still retains effectiveness, and then at the end say "Pm for further expos, tips, and advices" and then if the person is truly dedicated to elevating they'll do just that if they don't think your initial expo was sufficient.

My ratings:
1) Eth- good ratin quick and to the point but needs to be a bit more explicit.
2) Anarchist- Shortest (part from Eth's with detailed expo)
3) Doomsday- Good voter all round just need to condense
4) X-cal- No idea how bad I feel puttin you here's am, you're the most consistent and thorough voter I know with bar by bar breakdowns and rating system, you just really need to work on making sure you can make it a bit mor concise (which it usually is) and not sugar coating the rates.

You all are good voters from personal experience with you guys and Ithink you should all get in but this is my vote...

Voting fairly is only one aspect of the several factors that contribute to elevation,as a FVC member out main goal is fair votes, promoting elevation is a personal goal. In regards to the lengh of an expo, I'm simply saying that of you want to be credited by the people you're voting for, you should make sure to make the expos short so you can entail all the aspects of the battle in a concise manner. As far as elevation is concerned, I am not going to waste time and effort on an expo that someone's not going to read, so like I said, I only do expos like that for friends and other higher tier members that I know are going to take my advice into consideration otherwise I just leave a "Pm for further expos,tips, and advice" for the many low tier members who aren't active and don't strive for elevation at all, I still don't understand what you're going on about "voting against the other guy." In this battle, yeah he may know that punchlines and wordplay are needed but he did it all wrong, the wordplay was forced and some of his punches were incoherent. IMO making a failed attempt at wordplay is worse than doing no wordplay at all, and not making a fool of yourself. That's just me.

I felt Anarchist and Eth were pretty much tied, they both showed relevance to the concept and the ability to effectively implement it in a punch; HOWEVER, in regards to the effectiveness of an expo I think that Anarchist may have edged a little bit because he definitely blended a variety of concepts that may have fit several situations in terms of explaining how something should be done, then again Eth was just as valid because not all the time does expoing something need to be as intricate as what Anarchist did... (I honestly don't know who to pick in this round, I mean it really all depends on what you're looking for here Illo, like would intricate>concise in this case)

X-cal came in last because for one, he failed to use the concept in proper context and instead transformed it into a different concept. On top of that, it was a stretched wordplay (man anakin does not equal mannequin). Moreover the line in general just didn't really hold substance as a punch. I mean "you wouldn't be a man-Anakin if you were to stand in shop windows" , what is a man-anakin and why would someone want to be tht, r maybe he's saying you wouldn't be a Man, Anakin, either the wordplay was pretty forced and the setup leading up to it was pretty weak.
