These threads are never made after someone wins a battle. Yall talk about "pEOPLe VoTe For NaMES nOT vErSeS" how the fuck did they earn the name? Oh yeah. By consistent dropping hot verses. Then some asscheek writes a verse that in their own mind is hot fire and loses to "a guy with a name" and we get a thread like this. Upon further reflection the asscheek realizes that TESTICAL COUGH SNIFF isnt all that dope and this conversation goes dark for a while.
tldr: the average vote is better than the average verse.
TBF though, I agree with @ Punk about the fvc

there is a link to all major and active voting threads which has been stickied in the text forums and constantly updated too.
Using it would help you avoid the said issues to a certain extent

You haven't even voted on 10 battles yourself... i'd suggest to be apart of the solution rather than the problem. Making a thread about the lack of votes (as well as the ranking of them) is odd coming from one who has less than ten votes themselves this season.
As for the votes rankings... write something that meets the levels of votes you would like to receive. This isn't 2008, where everyone dropped 9's with the classic "FV VBF NOH8"...

fvc would work if we could find a group of educated voters who were committed to voting frequently. from what i've seen, there's almost 0 of those.
current fvc is good just a bit on the inactive side. (edge is staring at me with rage right now)
voting is bad when the following happens
1. people vote with opinions on the people in the battle
2. people vote with a lack of experience and knowledge of battle rap
of course when i say battle rap, i mean, the current meta of the site as it evolves.

The Fair Voters Club has clearly never worked. It's been revamped 30,000 times and never worked. Clearly it ain't a good thing to keep using.
You ever have a problem with your car and just kept turning the check engine light off without fixing the problem and everything worked out perfectly fine? I dont think so.
We run back to the FVC system everytime we cant be creative enough to brainstorm something new. You dont keep trying something that fails everytime expecting it to be better the next time. Take the shit off of your drawing board and use it as something you shouldn't do if you wanna proceed.

i see your point, but i disagree that it's "never worked"
i'm ALL for innovation, and discovering a better solution, but for now there's 0 cause for discarding the fvc and having nothing instead.
