rule is only mod active and level headed enough. let's bring it down to rule and then consider another maybe further on down the road, or maybe just remove inactive mods, and put kiwi at mod, and in charge of fvc.

This is ALL THE WAY WRONG. So 1 mod is gonna do everything? This is just ridiculous. 2-3 mods is fair especially if LB wants to consider growing. If you bring in more people let's say 30 more active heads join, will RULE mod all 50-60 active guys by himself?

Let me drop some knowledge on you dudes before I dip out. When running a site you must think about the future, not just the now. Fair Voters Club sucks period.. like it sucks badly especially when most dudes who are not even in it has a voting thread. Why because they have a teal name with a title that makes them a fair voter? Ffs who even came up with the FVC? It's a piece of shit and it confuses people. Making them think a vote with 3 VP is worth more than the standard vote. I'm not FVC and I'm one of the fairest voters when I actually do vote.

Back to the modding. It's funny how everyone's opinions change within like a month when yall was gunning to make people mods now you're here trying to put all the pressure on 1 guy meaning 1 guy would be making majority decisions.

It's simple if someone is inactive and not modding find someone new. Treat it as if it WAS a business. You dont fire someone and say "welp.. we got 1 worker that's all we need". No you look for that person's replacement. There has to be a rhythm/method if you're going to run a business. And yes this is a fucking business. Premium memberships just posted today.

You guys severely overrate what a mod needs to do. Literally all they need to do is adjust some VP, look out for Rican and answer requests.

At this point 2-3 mods active everyday can more than handle the site, especially with members pitching in to run the leagues like Eth and Edgeworth.

And co signing @Punk on the FVC. A Fair Vote is always in the eye of the beholder. Incentivizing being part of a club that’s picked arbitrarily with extra VP shouldn’t be necessary. If you’re active and feel like voting, vote. If you don’t, dont. If you’re an active battler who likes having their battles voted on, you should be voting anyway. It’s just what you do. And it’s nothing against any of the people in it because TBH most of em vote well and often. It’s just been so inconsistent and come and go over the years that I’ve never been a huge fan of FVC.

You can't run a league when no one battles on it. Any time I run anything on LB it takes about 10mins for me to realize the sites full of a bunch of cunts who talk a bit game but refuse to help out even a little bit when push comes to shove.

It's not just PPV cards. Even tournaments people barely show on time.
