I like DC and Marvel both, for very different reasons.

Marvel definitely has the movie scene down pat. I think DC has a very different feel for its audience. I personally prefer Marvel, just because I was more exposed to it first.

I know nothing of the comics but film and TV wise, DC is fractured and I've not really even been compelled to watch anything. The half of Man of Steel I watched was incredibly boring, add Ben Aflick as Batman and I can't imagine the sequel is great, then apparently Suicide Squad flopped bad which was their mecca essentially. I just can't see any of it interesting me in the slightest.

Meanwhile, there's nothing that MCU has put out so far that doesn't heavily interest me. I haven't seen Iron Fist yet but have seen it's "Critical Rating". That being said, I did scan the section to see if any fucking imbeciles mentioned that MCU is racist because they cast a white person to play a white character (because obviously you need an Asian person to play the kung fu guy...wait...which side is racist exactly?) and low and behold someone did.
