i seen alot of guys get crazy with supplements and shit and honestly it takes a serious toll on your body.
go to the gym and work hard, and eat well, theres NO substitute for good ol fashioned food. earn it. dont sit there and drink powder and shit to get big. just go and work hard, eat the right shit, and you'll see results. and at the end of the day you can always say you earned it naturally
