Battle Master Tournament Idea

I was watching Bellator's Fight Master recently, and I was thinking that it could be a cool idea for a new tournament. The rules are a little bit complex, but it's not that confusing once you get used to it.

4 lead coaches sign up. For the purpose of this, it'd be 4 leaders from 4 of the top crews. So like me, RULE, AfterThought and stricc or something.

16 rookies sign up.

Each camp (crew) gets 4 rookies in their crew.

The rookies pick which team they want to be a part of, so the crew leaders have to pitch their crew to the guys to join their side. (This is interesting, cause you can suggest that the weak guys join someone else's crew, thus filling up one of their 4 spots).

Then, random drawing of who Vs who (although no team Vs team). There is some more complexities as it gets to the second round but I don't want to scare people .

What do you guys think though? Next season of ACs Academy is going to be like The Ultimate Fighter so I thought Bellator should get a shot
