For some reason, my old folk don't mind her too much. Most I heard about her was from pretend IRA heads so I can't say I was a big fan. No disrespect Ask, but if you end up homeless, that's on you.

Yeah I cant talk about shit that went on back then I suppose. And I mean homeless as in on the streets. I had to move in with my gran for a while cause we couldn't pay the rent so I don't mean shit like that either. That's middle class homeless right there

I think it's said with a slight satirical tinge when we refer to her as an evil witch cunt of the fifth layer of hell, but it's not far off either.

She is the epitome of selfishness in politics, that's all I'll say. Drinks anyone?

I'm not too familiar with the politics of Britain, but from the way she was always portrayed here, I thought she'd be a more popular figure.

Think it's safe to say she's the most divisive figure in UK politics ever; Scotland, Ireland and Wales generally despised her along with large portions of the working class; the rest seen her as powerful, innovative and a great leader.

I get the feeling that she was always portrayed in a positive light here perhaps because her politics aligned with U.S. interests. But I had never heard of her antagonism towards the working class and industry before.

You know what, I always thought the same! Because Obama will go down in history as the first black president so matter what he may do (not saying he's done anything) I found it strange to know people are celebrating the death of our innovative step of having a female prime minister.
