North Korea vs. South Korea.

If yes then

Search 1951 hot war..it has happened before lol. However,South Korea is doing much better than North Korea economically and are to a point that by 2040 they're expected to have the highest GDP in the world. Without a doubt South Korea has the luxury to fund a long run war. The North is not economically capable of funding a war in the long run so it's economy will get crushed.

It was the same in the Cold war with the US and the USSR. The US kept pushing the Soviet's with all these expenses, in the end the USSR couldn't keep up and so the Soviet Union was destroyed.

So if they were to fight a war or compete against each other economically, the North will not be able to take it...Consider the North as being the Soviet Union and the South as being America to fit the cold war example i gave befroe
