As for 'equal rights' it's not actually any more/less ILLEGAL to hit a woman than it is to hit a man lol, it's a moral thing.

Personally I wouldn't hit a man and not expect to be punched back, but if she hadn't hit him first, I can't help but think you would all still be agreeing that it was okay. Her attitude was the main problem to everyone, if she hadn't of hit him and he hit her I'd imagine that you'd still be agreeing, but fuck it, it's done anyway. Who really gives a fuck deep down lmao.
