i like the enthusiasm, and yes we need to promote. here's the facts though.
1. owners aren't looking to advertise until new site is up. even at that point, they will be in charge of it, and there is little we can do to influence it. i have given my advice to x himself and offered my services but to my understanding, x and his brother will not allow mods to promote for their sake (in terms of twitter/insta/and any paid promotions) this also includes youtube.
2. if you want to help, we do have a soundcloud, and a facebook, and i myself run the soundcloud, and admin the fb page. so any ideas you have make sure to shoot them by me.
3. i get what you're saying, but it's a rare case when a rookie is better than a vet. most times it's just a multi anyways. it's best to let rookies learn from vets, and when they put out good content, they will honored with respect. look at edgeworth.
