Exclamation DEBATE: American view on British rap/hip-hop

The topic on whether British rap is equal to or superior to American rap has been debated for years, but I want to know from actual rappers themselves. Is it possible for a British rapper to blow in both countries, with the appropriate flow and technique? Is the British accent a milestone towards the goal? Do us British need to rap to better beats? I need answers peeps. I'd be grateful for true and helpful replies
Here are some British rappers who I believe are skilled:
1. Devlin:
2. Lowkey:
3. Akala:
4. Sway:
5. Ghetts:
6: Krept & Konan
7: Guvna B:

MF Doom and Slick Rick are two rap icons well known for their skills. They were both born in Britain before moving to America. Whats your judgement?
Peace.
