"Noob" Ranked Tourney

I quote "noob" because I mean the newer people of the site who are low ranked, but have skills. I have gotten permission by a moderator to host a 16 member tournament (aiming for 16) in which THE WINNER GETS 3 EMCEE ITEMS

I'm doing this because as I like to see myself elevate, I like to see others elevate and I feel this will help.

Qualifications:
Must have 60 battles or less
or
1000 Ranked All Time Or Higher

Bottom line is, you know if your a "noob" rank or not.
If you are a multi account of someone who is really good you will NOT be allowed to register.
Names for battles will be selected by random.

First Round has been decided to be 8 Lines.
Second Round is 8
Semi- Finals 16
Finals - 32
