Tragic Thunderstorm in Delaware

NEWCASTLE (DE) -- A private plane crashed and a tree fell in Delaware because of a thunderstorm, and the whole state has been declared a natural disaster area.

2 people died in an isolated thunderstorm, and there is only 1 citizen in the state as of now.
