So, what is really going on with the vote power here? For those that don't know, Ricky Lahey just dropped out of the tournament, and pretty much gave the reason that a lot of people seem to have an issue with but choose to stay silent about.

I understand the need for vote power adjustments...however, are there some members here that have too much vote power?
