Row... Can You Explain This?

So I found something interesting, & I showed it to another mod and he felt it was fishy as fuck, also.

I noticed an account called Silver Dollar Sam start appearing around the GC start date, I actually kinda noticed a few multis/weird accounts popping up. So I thought it'd be a good idea to keep an eye on them. Then I noticed, this dude Silver Dollar Sam voted for Row vs @Edgeworth, and I checked his voting history:

His votes cut off from the rest of the image, are from 2014. So in the past 5 years, he's only voted for Row.

If you take a closer look at what battle's he votes on, he seems to only vote on the "big" battles... he's voted on Row vs:

Edgeworth (GC)
Lockhart (Winter Text Tourney)
Rai (LBT Call Out Match)
Nicholas
MaCc

^(In that order).

Essentially, why has @Silver Dollar Sam only dropped 5 votes in the last 5 years, and they all happen to be for @Row?
