Only been drinking water for about 6 months now. Did some workouts, picked up on heavy protein and pretty much reached where I wanted to be physically.
Question issssss (kindve dumb but I figured at least one person on here has tried it before) ...... Is drinking water only good or bad? I mean I feel better. Haven’t been sick at all and I’ve slid away from that sluggish feel I use to get all of the time.
