There's no doubt that dude deserves to be in the argument for top ten. My argument is that it's too early to be talking about a number one spot right now. Give those albums some time to age and see how they hold up.
Life After Death turned twenty this year. That album is still amazing. The question is, I think, in five years, ten years, twenty years, is Damn going to still be an album that you can play and be like "This shit is amazing and incredibly good. Not just for it's time but now as well."
Full disclosure, I haven't heard the full album yet. What I have heard is fucking great though. I'm going to get it on Google Play and bump the shit out of it for a few weeks and see how it goes but I have no doubt that I'm going to love it just from what I've heard so far.
