heres where you dont make sense Jason. You applaud Skilligan for saying that black people will not be treated fairly by the american judicial system until they drop the hooligan persona, because of probability and statistics. Placing the blame on the african american community. Yet, you believe in the rigid and unbiased fairness of the judicial system while persecuting Zimmerman.... even given the probability of the situation

so its not unfair to assume under statistical evidence but its unfair to assume under circumstantial evidence? you're not making sense to me

how so? the circumstantial evidence is that a 40 year old man with a pistol violating parole killed a 17 year old kid with no record and junk food after alleged "broken nose and assault" that left no sign of damage or traces of blood
circumstantial evidence = guilty

Does the gun come as part of being neighbourhood watch? cause if so if he intended to kill him it would have been traced back to him. So why not call the police? you're going to get caught anyway. This would just make it look like he had reasonable cause. lessen his sentence at the least or get him off scott free.

man no offense but you sound like a coward.
he had a pistol for neighborhood safety? he was literally forbidden by the same police officials you believe he holds first and formost to have that pistol. DOUBLY forbidden to have it on his person, he isnt even allowed to have one in his vicinity. So he called the cops, then directly disobeyed them. he was hoping for a "engage" and he got a "fall back". this is the second violation of police orders by zimmerman in the situation. circumstantial evidence = guilty
and by the coward remark im talking about you justifying the death of a 17 year old kid cause his ice tea bottle could possibly be mistaken for a weapon. and im not saying im a hero, i would be scared of whatever was in his pocket. but i wouldnt have killed him for it, cause i don't carry a gun... i have no reason to be afraid of my fellow men and women unlike these fuckin chicken shits you hear about all the time in places like florida

and know what urks me the most? the family of trayvon has lost their fucking kid for no reason. usually when that happens the police are on your side, helping you find peace. not with this case. with this case the family is left hung out to dry by the police and the rest of the nation, now having to read all the bullshit written about hoodies and placing their kid at fault

good point. from the outcome it SEEMS (just as it seems black people would commit a crime before white people) based off of the outcome of the situation regardless of police input, that zimmerman was just covering his bases.
