Just wondering. Was thinking of writing one but didn't want to just write randomly.

Would be cool if ya'll had like a theme for a contest then at the end just voted for whomever was best?

No, no one really bothers with cyphers on here. What you're talking about sounds like a topical battle though. Those have been done on the past on the site, usually in specific topical tournaments. Unfortunately topicals are a bit neglected here though.
