"Cell My Soul"

I feel light, weightless, infact i feel hollow
What possesed me to swallow exactly half the pill bottle?
i was a beautiful wife who led a dutiful life
until the night, that my sight became a usable vice
my husband gambled for high stakes and i was a suitable dice
and after a while i let it happen without the usual fight
from a starlet on mainstream to a harlot on grave street
from charlotte the great queen to slammed down hard upon ached knees
my new purpose made me nervous and now im only a service
although i was used for payment i always felt so worthless...
my thoughts changed to revenge but i couldnt honor the rage
but i must break these 'chains' of event so im no longer a 'slave'
i got hold of every drugs i could like i was fiending now
because medication's suppose to help you when your feeling down

my spirit floated from my body and turned away from the light
to look down upon myself with a quisitive eye
the medicine worked, i dont look ill at all

Rhyming Scheme/Flow - RULE. At times I felt that Almighty got slightly choppy towards the end of the line, and RULE has his usual good rhyming.
Vocabulary - Almighty. RULE kept it pretty basic, while Almighty tried to break through the barriers and get into the vocab, and I think in this cat it paid off.
Topic/Meaning - RULE. Slightly generic on the storyline, but you worded and exocuted it well. Almighty, you tried to take a risk and to me it didnt pay off. The story at times was quite difficult to follow and was unclear, although never gave enough room to interperate.
Storytelling/Progression - RULE. I really liked the way he started with the end, went into the details, and then went back to the end. Thats a good movie like style. At times I felt that Almighty's was not really progressing towards anything, and never had a direction.
Emotion - RULE. Lots of emotion in RULE's piece and was obviously the main goal he had in winning this cat. Almighty never really gave the characters individual emotions so it was harder to see it in his drop.
Imagery - Tie. Both lacked in this cat. Not much to say on it.
Poetic Techniques - RULE. The back to front writting style took this cat for me.
Ending - RULE. We all knew where it was going, but it was worded well none the less.
