In the first round of the Text Grand Championship, @Quincy® posted past the deadline, ultimately advancing to the second round. This occurrence prompted @Lockhart to threaten to ban him, if he were to post in the second round.

It is now the third round of the tournament, and Lockhart has also officially posted past the deadline.

So, with the above in mind: Is Lockhart a hypocrite?

edit: BTW lockhart sux dog doodoo for stating that EST was GMT -4 and not -5. Until I checked on Google and realized that it was a typo, I nearly had a fucking heart attack.
