I Need an Extra Loss Removed

As I stated in this section a few months ago, I battled Afterthought in August and a glitch gave me 2 losses instead of 1. My record has 7 losses, it should only have 6. I've mentioned this two times before since August and I'd like some clarity as to why nearly 5months later this issue is still unresolved. Coding isn't my forte so Im not going to pretend like i know what goes into removing a loss from an account but I'm smart enough to know that it doesn't take 5months to do.

So I'd clarity on this issue as well as how exactly LB's tech support system works and whether or not there's something I can do to improve the quality/response time of it.

I did that way before you "told" me to... afterthought did too. He told me he had speaked to mod about it. Every thread I made came after that in hope that keeping things public would get a better commitment to resolving the issue. Since that aint work im taking it farther to discuss the tech support issue as a whole... I work in management so stuff like this is a pet peeve lol..

Pseduo Nim does all the sites coding, i have mentioned inaccurate battle records to him, and soon as he's done fixing the fundamentals we'll get this issue looked at.

I know its been a while already but please bear with me fam! We havent forgotten.

Damn just one person? Lb need some interns in its life..

So is all communication to admins just email n pm's? If so that sucks... kinda seems like this site just exists.. doesn't seem to be much desire to make letsbeef a reputable brand in the battle rap industry which is a shame bc battle rap has gained alot of steam in the past few years.

@Jason thanks for shedding light on that. I always thought this was his main business that's why I couldn't understand why things take so long lol. Makes a bit more sense now but still would be cool to have better communication and structure. Maybe there could be a site planning committee that could be in charge of helping this site grow. I never been much of an active battler but I could definitely contribute on the vision/marketing side of things in my spare time.
