dont put down girls bro.. that's ungentleman like.. even if she is a cunt at times..
BUT.. situps dont actually burn calories and make you lose weight.. aside from the few calories you get form moving but cardio is better or that if your trying to burn fat,when doing situps your working your abbs and core.. and in reality you'd think it'd work but thats not the case,you can have a six-pack and never see it as long as you have a layer of fat covering those abs.. bicycle crunches are great for the abs AND fat tho.. thats the shit i do when i pyramid

i was at the gym.. and this overweight shick yesterday was doing situps on the machine next to me.. lmao i think we intimidated her cause we talked about doing 200 sit-ups but only barely did 100.. in like 3-5 sets.. when i turned around and realized she wasnt there i figured she got self conscious when i was like "mannn.. you trying to lose weight but im working on my Washboards son.. you can do laundry on these rocks hard abs ahaha" but i was looking at my cousin on the left when doing that so iono.. maybe she just got hungry tho..
