Then you agree to send me the free verse to Zombie Rap, and once confronted about doing so ignore the confrontation, and continue on about your business.

Then you agree to jump on a track I send you...

THEN after being sent that track, you decline because it "Isn't a song?"

That of course, after having said you were down to do a track. And after I've let it slide that you've both agreed to send me a free verse, and failed to do so, AND have ducked me on multiple occasions.

So, who's really on the diva shit here, Pulse Jr.? declining a track because it doesn't fit your standard of a song, after it being made clear it wasn't intended as anymore than a quick track?
