Pushups always worked for me fams drop down and just start pushin as fast as you can you will def start feelin sore as fuck if you do enough of them i do them all the time and it seemed to kept me in pretty good shape!

Pushups always worked for me fams drop down and just start pushin as fast as you can you will def start feelin sore as fuck if you do enough of them i do them all the time and it seemed to kept me in pretty good shape!

i can give your strongest friend a push up routine that'll have him on his ass in 5 minutes i promise you. dont shit on pushups cus theyre basic.
there are so many ways to do pushups that you can develop your body immensely doing that alone.
