Limb Lengthening Surgery - Lets Beef

I just so happened to see a story on a man growing 6 inches from it. Ironically, tomorrow I have an appointment with my endocrinoligst. Does anyone have any experience or know anybody who has went through these kinds of surgeries? The painful recoveries etc. I was suggested this a lot so I have wondered. Thanks for your opinions.

as in getting latter etc?.. they break your bones and you have to recover with shattered parts of your limbs.. idk j.s what i heard least.. you do get legnth tho i assure you that.. but may be painful.. google that ish

Thanks @V3numb .. it's nothing i'd consider now as i'm still growing a slight amount. My bone age was always older then I was and was never in the condition to receive hormone injections. I'm 5'4.. So I was hoping for a bit more. I get re-evaluated and go tomorrow to see whats up. If I can get help reaching 5'5 or 5'6 hopefully, so be it. If not, I might consider this. I was just wondering about the recovery.

dont be stupid you wont stop growing till around 19.. you can get another 2-4 inches EASY.. dont waste your time thinking about it until your actually older and see results,mature,and get over it.. cause althought you could think your grown and all but the expereinces,train of thought,and realizeation is what makes you a man

in short.. just wait a couple years and see wassup

@V3numb means a lot. These doctors put things in your head lol. I have a short family anyhow, moms 4'11 dads 5'9 so.. I guess your right, I just have to be patient and if I don't get good results, I make the best out of them.. Probably not worth the risk for a mere 2 inches anyhow.

dog tbh your alrady taller than me?.. then again im asian you either really short or really tal.. um 5'4 maybe 5'3 idk and really dc cause i love being short lol.. sespecially back in the day when i use to do dirt and get low but thats a diff story.. parents are short.. would have bene taller if i wasnt staying up so late..drinking cofee.. and putting stress on myself ever since i was a kid.. but shit stuff happens for a reason and it molds a person i guess,no doubt tho you live to learn and thats a fact,but yeah make the best of em.. doctors love puting shit in your head tho cause they themself got money in theirs it aint worth the risk tho tbh.. shit short people live longer anyways.. its a fact

i seen that shit too - probably wouldnt do it...the guy was in so much pain during his recovery, and for what - so you can touch the net in gym class?

paul george - pacers small forward - grew 2 inches from last season to this season (6-8 to 6-10) and hes 22...so dont think youre done growing

@V3numb the average height in my home country is 5'7 so we probably have the same short genes from our heritages lol. Same here with the stress and everything I heard that can slow down your growth.. I'll see what happens.. Shorter people do have longer life spans lol

Yup.. I actually just found out my growth was slowed down due to a thyroid problem i've had. Not that I was bound to be a giant. If I stay this height so be it.. 15 year olds don't go through these rapid growth spurts anyhow for the most part lol.. Got to deal with it and what not
