Who actually has normal VP on here? Battles always get messed up and sometimes never end because people have these shitty vote powers. It feels as if everyones is lowered. How does the vote power thing work? It seems to be screwming me and others over big time.

Everyone starts with 2vp. The most a regular user can get is 4vp. Shit voters have their VP lowered to one and then 0 if the continue to act stupid. At the end of the battle the votes are tallied and whoever has the most wins.
