quitting smoking is probably the best thing u could do to yourself
tha fact u get your sense of smelll and taste back (It Makes Smoking Weeed Better Too) Is reason enough
u get alot more energy, and u dont cough ur lungs up anymore
ur not blowing $100,000 every 33 years (Not to mention money for lighters)
ur not lettting a cigarette run ur life. U don't need a cigarette every 30 minutes just to feel okay.. Its Freedom At its Finest
U get Whiter Teeth... Smile for the camera
U Smelll Bettter After u kick tha habit too .... When u quit, u'll actually smelll tobacco and it reaaks. i had to clean my ashtray out straight up
u dont gotta leave buildings n shit for a smoke either. Winter times & Rainy Weathering conditions are harsh on your average addict
Not to mention all the health benefits & shit .. i dont care much for them but it is an added bonus and my mind is at ease knowing i wont be breathing through a hole in my neck in 5 years time
The only good thing about smoking is... u get a higher metabolism, decreasing your weight. and frankly its only a temparary solution, and its a problem in itself
Tha Longer u go without a smoke, the better its gonna be.. thats what makes quitting hard, u feel more compelled to do it as time rolllls on
But Every day u spend smoking is wasted life. Ur not performing %100 when your addicted to tobacco. If u can't quit ur admitting something as trivial as a cigarette is in control of you. crack, cigarettes, meth.. Keep in mind your the one in charge when u do them and u should be fine... Never get addicted cuz its not gonna be pretty
Hopefullly some of u decide to quit after reading this ... u dunno how much damage your doing to yourself until your healthy. PM Me If U need Help I Got Some insights that could prove useful ... it hasent been 4 days and i dont even wanna smoke anymore. im not getting urges, and my life isn't all about fighting the addiction either. im just chillling knowing im getting healthier everyday.. im laughin

Yo Mikey , Only thing u gotta watch out for is gaining weight .... make sure u dont overeat and get some excersize & u should be alright ... i heard eating 6 small meals a day (one every 3 hours) is better than 3 large meals
i remember when my boy quit , he said sex was bettter too ... no idea if thats true or not doe
Theres probably more shit ... the examples i gave are just what i noticed after 4 days

well i'm 6' 175 i wouldn't mind gaining some weight, but i'm too active to really gain weight and i already eat 6 small meals aday lmao
