Nope. I wouldn't call it a bite, top tier battlers have used lines even more similar than that and have been looked over.

Not a straight up bite.. Dissizit and Rican have used escape/s-cape concepts before. Its kinda hard to throw the hammer down on any 'single word' wordplay
