IMO that is how it should be for LB.
I would say at the very least you have to put in 4 years of consistancy in participating on this site. And you have had to have shown respect to the people around them. I wouldn't consider some joe schmoe who's been here for 7 years with a 135-300 record, yet talks shit like he's something a vet lol.
