Crews - Lets Beef

I personally think crews should be kept separate from elevation groups. Crews should be either a group of friends on the site, people you rep with or powerhouses. It doesn’t make sense to consider your elevation group your crew. They should be more like the people you learn from. I don’t think there should be elevation groups in general. I think everybody should be able to train with anybody and then put those skills to use IN THEIR CREWS. For example, right now I’m deciding whether to join Head Hunters (BURDENS taught me the basics, as well as cyphers) or EoA (G u t s and Lillian Kilogram are helping me on the more advanced shit), as I’m chill with a lot of people on both crews. So I think what I’ll do, is I’ll just stay neutral, and train with both. Personal opinion.

This is an interesting idea but I don't think it can be effectively implemented. Best you can do is having community shit outside of crews, like Discord servers.

95% of the people in HH are people I am cool w from back in the day or from when I came back to the site.

There's a few that got the invite from the potential that they're capable of.

Speaking of crews. I think there's a serious argument to be made on capping crew size to make sure that most people can vote on most other people's battles. In the past, the "free market" has usually solved this by crews splitting once they've been too big for too long... but that doesn't mean we shouldn't necessarily intervene. I'd recommend like 6 people max, maybe 8, or 10 at most.

ONLY REAL ISSUE I HAVE WITH THIS IS DIFFERENT PPL AS LEADERS HAVE DIFFERENT IDEAS ABOUT CREWS, SOME LIKE BIG CREWS SOME LIKE SMALLER CREWS SO MAKIN A CAP ON NUMBERS MIGHT ACTUALLY DETER ALOT OF PPL AWAY FROM THAT SECTION, SO I THINK A POLL SHOULD BE PUT UP IF THIS GAINS TRACTION.

I saw the Crew Draft thread get bumped the other day and thought ya'll were doin another one

That'd be the best thing for the site rn imo. Break up the talent & make niggas hungry again to build up their crew to a 'legacy' crew... like a Made Fresh Daily, Legion of Doom, Turnbull's, etc. Names that'll be remembered cuz they had an impact

People need to start their own crews with their own new people they invite to the site. That’ll get new dudes in tuned with this shit, and stop you guys who are considered the best on the site from running behind each other with zero crew chemistry claiming your the best crew.

That’s all crew have ever been. A bunch of guys with titles they didn’t win in the crew linking up and just sitting their accounts on a crew page like , yeah look at our inactive ass squad. None of us talk to each other nor do crew battles but if you click on our crew page, it looks nice.
