Multi's vs Other Styles

Can multi spitters actually battle straight punchers on here and actually win? I know there's a format but does the format go in every style favor? Cause u can have a mean group of punches and lose to a dude with a clean multi flow. Is it flow or actual bars? There's a few battles that didn't strike me as fair. A few lost due to bar structure as far as not enough multi's. While the other had a dope multi flow but not the craziest of bars. Is this more of a multi stack style battle blog or a free for all? Not clowning at all. I fix with the site. Just wanted to know!

If you got multis and no punches, you wont win...if you have punches and no multis, you won't win either. punches>multis but you can't be monosyllabic or rhyming less than once a written line. thats me though...everyone got a different idea of what's good.

I feel u. I just be seeing niggas with hella multis and semi okay punches beating niggas with straight haymakers. I don't get it.

Punches are needed... but this isn't just about jokes. Its about being able to craft lines and you know... rhyme. Something other sites seem to abandoned for a short format.

Its different between audio and text. In audio you can rely on flow/cadence/multis 10x more than text, and as such get a W over someone who was using more punches but might notve come off as polished sonically. In audio, this was basically my biggest crutch for the longest before developing a semblance of punching

But in text yall prize technicality, if I just posted a multi verse I've gotten clear wins in audio for, but as a text battle it would likely be trash & I'd lose ASAP. Like the others said, gotta have that happy medium.

Audio is about tone pacing and inflection along with cadence and beat riding. Sometimes multis work in audio if the syllable count is identical for the most part. I prefer actual punches with audio tho. None of this long winded setup shit with meager follow thru
