Yo on sum real shit jsut wanted to comment on the sudden influx of "rappers" on letsbessf prerecording their shit.. i guess prerecording ur battles is allowed now?Lmao so how about we change the audio battle section to the audio battles and playing songs into ur mic section? makes sense.. cuz no matter how u try n flip it playing a song into a mic is not a battle. a battle is when two rappers "live" spit flows and battle one another.. mistakes can happen, slip ups, AND recoveries .. playing ur song in a mic is not hip hop..its not battling .. its gay homo shit and letsbeefs equivalent to lip singing. i mean one person sits there with the pressure to breathe right, get his flow on, and his pronunciation right and fucks with the recording while the other plays a track with effects, punch ins, synchronizing, filters, shit is stupid as fuck.. if someone who is rapping live slips he has to start a free or fix the lines in the middle of rapping but if someone recording slips they just re punch in n press record n start over.. i thought letsbeef had a track section for tracks anyways..? pre recording ur shit and battling live are two completely different forms of rap and to combine them cheapens the site and is laughable.. playing a prerecored song is not a fuckin battle.. But yea take ur pre recored shit n go to a REAL battle league, get on stage n put ur ipod up to the mic and press play.. BUMS.

lol.... yeah man it's only illegal on freestyles... i dunno i'm on the fence bout this... cause i don't even punch in alot on my own tracks... so when i pre-record you can't tell...i dont do dubs in my music either fuck doin it for abattle.... ima have to do it next round an pre-record... i had to do it the whole LBA HW tourney.... don't feel it gave me an advantage... maybe cause my mixing sucks... but i only do it when i physically cannot use the recorder here....

If anything I think the pre-record only helps you record quicker... cause u can just read your written... stop punch in again an pick up where u left off.... but I don't think it gives you any real advantage battling someone who didn't do it....

you dont think everyone has issues? and are you telling me theres no difference in flow when u can pre record and go back and re record when u fuck up or dont like it? or that rapping for 1 min isnt alot harder then rapping a bar or 2? cmon if i punched in every few bars and fucked with my levels my flow alone would be insanely better.. and if you arent cheating and post ur first attempt what happens when u slip?????? uuuhh u have to fix it n keep going where as some one who recorded is dropping a track against you. there is no battle rapping or elevation involved in posting tracks.. its a track regardless even without ad-libs .. Freestyling, written battles, tracks, are all different forms or rapping because they utilize different strengths and techniques and to say recording a verse against someone spitting to a beat in the back ground isnt a huge advantage is a joke.. i mean just the fact when u record u sound like ur part of the track instead of rapping over a beat is a huge psychological advantage just because the quality sounds a hundred times better.. theres tons of reasons why its not a fair match up.. but someone like phil who has a smooth flow n good set ups and can rap a whole minute ez will be less affected but someone who cant do that gets a huge advantage with punch ins.. i get so high i forget my lines all the time and always resort to a free .. if i recorded i wouldnt have that problem...BUT! thats what makes battling hard!!! if someone froze up in a battle DAMN! he lost! but a good live battler and can get thru all of these hang ups.. posting a track has none of these problems and is hundred times smoother.. you cant say that isnt true. and just having to rap live isnt fair? how about u buy speakers or some shit? i did. i think its a lot less fair for people who have programs to record like protools to post tracks against people with a ipod playing in the background for a beat.. playing tracks isnt battling bottom line and has way more advantages then disadvantages. i could make a list of 20 things (easy as hell) that gives an unfair advantage to someone who prerecords .. if im wrong about this tell me one advantage to spitting to a beat of ur iPod?

Tbh I seen people pre record and lose battles. I think we should be more concerned with biters and self voters rather than some 1 who plays by the rules & just wants to have fun doing something Jennifer doing in his spare time but has to pre record because he cant record any other way or because he has poor breath control. I get what you're saying and a lot of your points are valid in terms of honing your skills. It can be a lazy way in some cases but I think there are more deserving people of your scorn, especially to the degree you're taking it right now. And besides. Pre recording comes with it's own risks as people will vote against them out of preference and their belief they are doing it wrong. Especially when it's obvious because you can hear them punching in. Pre recording and getting it right so nobody knows is a skill in it self.

If you was talking about pre recording freestyles you'd be ABSOLUTELY right. 110% bang on the money. That IS cheating. But the system allows you to pre record and has for years. You can't knock somebody for being smart enough to take advantage of that. In a way it's like saying fuck you for being smart enough to spot an opportunity and take full advantage of it.

Also it takes more effort and time to pre record. If you don't want to go that extra mile for WHAT EVER REASON then cool. But don't slag someone off who is.

Again I'm not having a pop at you but you recently sniped a pre recorded battle and then commented straight after slagging him off n calling him out a fake for pre recording.

I'm cool with you using that as ammunition for your verse but not to then sway voters with a comment. Makes it look like you sniped him just to get a free win off the back he pre recorded when you then comment for voters to read your comment and take his pre recording as a negative when voting.

I'm not saying that was your plan but it looks like you want to have your cake and eat it. To me you swaying after accepting his battle is worse than what he did. Swaying is a bigger crime and is what fucks up the experience and feeling of fun than some pre recorder who keeps him self to himself and just wants nothing more than a battle win lose or draw.
