1. Not sure.

2. If you're not exclusive, a mod/admin has to give you the animated gif if you ask nicely. Even if you're exclusive, they still may have to.

EDIT: I peeped and you're kinda wack. You know what a multi is, but you don't know what a punch/metaphor/setup is. You get some of them and I'll hand you a spot. Just cause you can rhyme and caps, doesn't mean you're good famo, no disrespect.
