LIST OF DUTIES
1. formulate a personalized message to send to new users. this should include certain links to threads that will help the new users navigate the site.
2. be prepared to answer any questions or direct a new user to a staff member who can answer that question.
3. contributing to creating guides and ideas and threads that will help new users "incubate" during the first times on lb.
YOU CANNOT...
1. ask new members to battle you, or vote on your battles
2. ignore a new users request just because you're being lazy
3. talk shit and discourage a new user
