pugz didnt go thru the trouble of having programmers code the new voting sytem so lazy ass people can continue to drop fv gb, or non expoed shit.... if we get complaints, or come across it now, shit will be deleted ... theres no excuse now, since its impossible to sway... fair warning

p.s. update.. thanks to homie the clown in the below post, anyone that blatantly drops a non expo vote,and me or another mod finds it, you will lose credit for it..btw.. thanks rain matrix for that wonderful idea..your my hero
