[/COLOR]oh, and im taking her ass to court so i can get my rights...so shes mad about that shit, but idk y, cuz she says, oh well u can come up here to see him which is in philly, im hour and a half away in delaware, and im like well i have rights and i should be able to have my son down here with me, i shouldnt have to visit him on your terms, and she justs goes on and on about how hes to young to be away from her and blah blah blah, so i gotta do the court shit, and i been arrested plenty times, I FUCKING HATE COURT, this is the last thing i want, but she cant be reasonable so it is what it is

Well it sounds like you're both better off without each other. I mean you could get back with her sometime down the line, either because you want to be with her or for the sake of your son, but judging from how long this has been going on and judging by the threads you've made as well as what you've just told me, the chances are you'll be doing more harm than good to your son.

It look's like you're just going to have to move on to someone new, grit your teeth and be the bigger man on the custordy issue and do what's required to show your Ex and the court's that you're fit to let him stay with you. Whether that be for the holliday's, once a month, every other weekend, weekend and eventually to the point he when he get's old enough, come and see you when he pleases.
