I have had like 3 of them, since 2008, they suck! They break fucking randomly - So I just got Skyrim for christmas, excited as fuck, I play it all day on christmas & boxing day, then on the 27th, I wake up, 11AM, and all of the sudden, I get the red ring. I got the xbox on the 25th, it lasted two fucking days..
Best Buy are fucking cheap nubs and won't take it back, because although the warrenty is still valid, we bought it second-hand.............does anyone know how to fix these peices of shit, so I can play Skyrim!?! xD

Friend of mine from the army had the saem red light problem, he had to post it off to Microsoft, they fixed it an returned it... But i'd let them have it on the phone, go mad at them...

cant do that anymore to a point.. warranty only fixes "3 rings of death".. if you DO send it in and get another one they do give you another one BUT you'll have a different tweaked 360 that when it FAILS again they'll have a "different" ring of death.. there fore they wont switch it for you again cause it costs money so they fucked with a loop-hole therefore playing you..
