How to setup a battle (not open) - Lets Beef

I was wondering how you setup a battle with someone as opposed to just hoppin in an open battle? Do i just make a new thread in the audio lounge and just ask if anyone wants a battle? If so, then what do you do?

After your opponent agrees to battle, you go to Battles ---> Start Audio Battle ---> Choose if it's gonna be acapella or beat ---> Closed Battle & type your opponents name in the box ----> "Start The Battle"

Somewhat in relation to this question, and rather than post a new thread in regards to my inquiry.. I'm curious to know whether or not, if a closed battle; one against a particular person is viewable to other people on the site, or if it's strictly seen by the challenger, and emcee he's battling? (If so, can others vote?)
