Drae Carter was sentenced a year in prison for shooting off 5 random bullets in the air at a party on December 10th, 2009. Him & two other allies arrived at a party in New York, NY 10024. Him and Mixtape man "DJMellyMane" was centered at the party arguing about a fight which happened last week from the current date that is posted. Drae was threatened by the DJMellyMane, and Drae was hurt. They walked outside followed by a group of party guest. Drae pulled out his weapon and release 5 shots in the air. DJMellyMane Took off. A witness says that DJMellyMane ran in a alley close by and hopped in a dumpster.
