I respect you too man but the bottom-line is I made more good decisions than bad, not saying all of my decisions were good because they weren't. That last one however, we'll never know because the fact is an even worse decision was made RIGHT AFTER it so I do take responsibility for the people who left because of me but I know for a fact I'm not the reason the crew died. And I did agree that we needed a system but when I made that decision we hadn't put the system into effect yet because we hadn't perfected the system yet. Anyways if we do lead a crew together in the future then I will definitely learn from what happened to Lyricism.

Listen I'm responsible for Swag Kid and Wigsplit leaving, cause they couldn't handle being demoted despite the fact I demoted myself. But I just want to make it clear that someone ELSE kicked a lot of people. I have no fucking idea why.

Honestly, I'm retiring, so I couldn't give a fuck if you keep me as leader or basic member or whatever you want. Idc how you promote/demote people. But you can't just promote and demote based on YOUR judgement. There needs to be a placement system like this, so there is NO QUESTION who deserves WHAT. THAT'S the whole idea.

So if they wait 3 months, then 1 month, that's 4 as well, same thing! I'd rather have it 2-2, so if they get promoted faster, they won't be discouraged and will continue to repp the crew hard.

NO ONE should be leader just being invited into the crew. They start out as basic member. As soon as they post something in the forum, (they'll have a week)... (and they have a 70% record), they will get captain for 1-2 months, (whatever we decide) .. and if they follow all the steps for those months that's how they'll get leader.

I'll comment on that placement system later. If you DO do a 'track' thing, or whatever #5 was, you have to do a substitute in there as well. CYPHERS will do as well. Make it lenient. Where they only have to post one a month or some shit. That rule #5 needs work. And I try to make it where there is NO QUESTION that they deserve a spot.
Idk if you payed attention or misunderstood, record does NOT matter. If they waited 2 months, (or 1 month, whatever we decide the fair waiting time is).. then regardless of record, you will get promoted to leader. Get it?
Another thing you wanted to change that I sort of disliked, was.. wait 1 month when you're cappo to be leader, but 3 months from basic member to be cappo? If anything it should be visaversa, 'cause leader is more power. MY waiting time for BOTH was just '2 months'... so if they started out as basic member, then went to cappo, then went to leader, that's 4 months.

One last thing, I'm confused about this because I think you demoted yourself then you got promoted I'm not exactly sure what happened. So my question is, are you gonna step down to basic member now that you stopped battling and give your leader spot to someone else, or are you gonna stay on as leader and make Casper and Wordy compete for that 8th leader spot? Cuz Wordy definitely deserves leader but he did leave the crew for a day and give up on the mixtape (as far as I know-I don't blame him either) and Casper has been number 1 for weeks now and he's active on the site and crew. So my point is they both deserve it. And you deserve it even more, without question. So will you stay as leader or step down to member? Either way you will still have the right to veto any decisions and also my respect for you won't change bro. LYRICISM!
