This has a very applicable, practical, and relatable approach, and I like that.  Some unique expressions, like "flash in the rain" capture certain original conceptualization in language.  The "adjacent" line becoming "two fold" is pretty creative.  Overall, you have quite a bit to work with, here.  I'll be interested in seeing the finished product.  Hope you continue to build upon your ambition of artistry!

Idk what music you have to go with these lyrics, but It would sound great if the chunk below was sung by a female with a strong voice, and place it after each chorus. Have the featured singer do background vocals on your chorus and you do background vocals when she sings her part.

"I don’t wanna talk, and I don’t wanna share, Don’t matter what I thought, I don’t even care.Try to wear a smile, yeah I know its rare, Feelin’ dead inside, but ill just leave it there."

I definitely cosign what Benny said; overall I think your writing is very excellent with a lot of poetic techniques and tight rhyming, as well as a clear message. I think one thing that could improve the effect of your verses is to have some schemes running consistently throughout the verse.

For instance, your first verse has a scheme of roughly

A-A/B-B-B-C-C-C/D-D-D/E-E-E-E

whereas I think it would feel more tightly brought together and cohesive if you switched the scheme a little to be like

A-A/B-B-A/C-C-A/D-D-A/E-E-E-A

or something along those lines. Obviously its up to you and it would depend on the effect you're going for and how you want to do it, but that's just what struck me from reading it.
