That day....that day was the day of  my 18th birthday
Unknown to me, as i awoke from my sleep, 
but i was going to celebrate that day in the worst way/
unaware of the storm that was to come to fate, 
thought i was in for the usual birthday trait
with a hug n a kiss, few gifts an a slice of cake/
So got dressed an rushed down the stairs Like Hell yeah, 
i'm 18 who cares? Only to be greeted by frowns an stares/
Two men in uniform sat on the chairs/ 
Sipping their tea an smiling at me, Mother with tears, in her eyes, 
Pleading for them to leave me be, Father with a look of fear in his eyes/ 
Seeing, free is something i'll never be/
Sgt stands up an say's they've come for me, 
i'm Not to be worried, i'm joining a new family, 
Where i'll live happily and comfortably, how the 2nd battalion is the only company/
That'll i ever need/ Then he proceeds, to inform me, 
i'll get 3 square meals a day, as he ushers me out the door,
My mothers grip slips away, knowing i'm on my way to war/
Hopping into the back of the jeep, Mother drops to the ground in a heap/
Reality come's crashing down on me, That i'm Expected to kill people 
that i've never even seen/ All that goes through my head is,
this reeks of pure evil/ Thoughts interrupted by the corporal,
“Now you know that you've got to earn your keep for our country to be free"
You've got to fight so that future generation's won't have to”/
All i can think of while we travel, if i and the many others like me fight an die,
what future do our generation's have though? 
The seriousness of the situation start tah'weigh heavy as we pull up to the harbor/
I see lines of fellows, just like me on towards deaths destination in a mad panic, 
i can't have it thinking if i survive this crap my birthday will forever be tainted bitter/
As Sgt marches us up the ramp Like a lion amputee, 
he grunts an roars with no pause/ 
now i'm leaving behind the shores of more as i'm shipping of to war/

B U R D E N <Tha B L A C K - S H E E P >	Tha story line was dope. If you added to this/ re wrote a little of it & included more detail etc it'd b ill asf. It has a lot of potential to b a classick, imo. There were areas that could b fixed up a bit to make it a smoother read. & tha ending fell a little short, just seemed like something was missing but that comes w/ adding more detail etc. Overall, dope shit bro. Erupt da Monsta <Legion of Doom>	Would be nice as an audio topical.... always leave constructive feed.... the way in which it was written seemed a little elementary.. not many poetic techniques used here...
