Ohs had a decent drop but Lock was too much for him here. Masterclass show on display. Fairs in fellas.

This was fire. Both deliveries were good. It sounds like a live battle which is hard to pull off on a mic. I think Ohs sounded slightly better with his delivery but Lock's was smoother without the couple slips that Ohs had, so, overall Lock had a better flow. Both wrote well, i'll say writing was a tie. Oh's had a lot of back to back punches, though. Whereas Lock crafted his bars with set ups. This was the biggest difference for me. While I liked Oh's non stop attack it lacked the complexity of Lock's punches. Lock punched less but his bars weren't filler. They were cleverly setting up punches. Because of this, Lock had more impact on every punch and they were creative. Oh's had a higher punch count but they weren't landing as effectively. My loser would have beat the majority on here with this verse but the winner was just better in most categories. Fairs in. Both were fire.

An actually fire battle comes out after almost everyone ducked their LBA matches.

Ohs this was probably your best audio performance yet. 3 minutes straight with clear delivery on each line is better than I can say for most on here past and present. I was laughing when you started that 'pay attention kids like a projector in class' and the 'back bruiser/mom' section was hilarious as well.

That 'Nuclear Codes' and 'see a lotta heart left out on the field like little league games' was sick as well tbh. There was some nice bars throughout.

Lockhart came out swinging. I was slightly 'worried' because over the years I've heard that 'make a wish kid dies' scheme like 5 times. It might be time to retire that scheme, lol.

However, after that Lockhart came with lots of personals and breakdowns and double meaning bars. I like how he didn't do basic name flips as well for filler. He even had some wordplays that will definitely be missed by a lot of listeners. "This is how the story goes (ghost), there's no cap'n (captain) with this". Or maybe that was unintentional, pretty sure he did it on purpose.

3-4 line punch setups like chirping/ battery in your back/ smoke alarm and schemes like that give a definite edge here and he also has the battle rap feeling edge, you can imagine being in a room full of people and he's still saying his verse just like it is. The closer for Lock was also a lot stronger

Ohs, you came closer to getting a vote here than I thought, though, definitely the best I've seen you project your lines and you mixed in some new comedy styles. I want to give some advice but I don't want you upping your game too much too soon lol.

GB and the fairs in.

This was a dope battle. Both had their moments to shine. Punches was correct, good setups and multiples, wordplay was there on both sides... Seems like one went a little longer, probably had more punches in total, but they were more Jabs than hooks that landed clean. My winner was just a little more polished, with a couple of lines that really stood out in my head (Pro tagging his bitch, stroke victim/ talking out the side of you ur mouth). Respect to both emcees.
