What a clash we have here , commendable bars from both dudes . I feel there were a quite a few spots where u were evenly matched in punch power.

Too many qoutables to mention on both sides but what im leaning to here is Esso's smooth af execution. The intervals of where his multis are hittin makes his work some of the smoothest text to read , like ever.. all set up with workin wp too so his heavy jabs come at a good pace . Dude is the guy to beat right now on LB n i jus cant see anyone doin it. Dude is an ex killer so what can we expect ? Lol nah this battle was tight tho , just Ess style of writing is very polished and bouncy to read. Ex style bodies 98% of the site.

Crazy shit here fellas props for the long reads. Both had some really high points here, challengers opener was pretty crazy here. Esso had some nice punches here and they were consistently littered thru out his verse

This battle was straight heat. Props on the solid 32s from both. I'm not gonna sit and quote everything i was feelin. We'll keep it concise...

XYZ: tons of growth out of you this last two months. from wording to finishing punches the work and payoff is evident. I'm a big fan of your scheme transitions (as you know) too. This battle suited the long bar setups u thrive in. This might be your best format. Some puns could have benefitted from shorter setups. Also, some schemes would read better when shortened as well (then you could word the rhyme without gaps). I say that to say this.. readability was the deciding factor, and it's a very attainable level-up for you. BOTB for you : CHEVY NOVAS thru MET HIS QUOTA was crack (executed at 100%, nah some weird choices) but conceptually dope af. Esso: we've come to expect a smooth read from you. top form on this one. nobody simplifies a complex subject better imo. The only critique i would even really have is expoing some of the vocab you're flexing. BOTB: GALLAGHERS thru the end tbhLook this is my battle of the year so far (text-wise). Take the critiques with a grain of salt - i'm being picky. props to both on a classic. I got Esso taking this overall. But XYZ ain't really dropping an L with this verse against the majority of the site - GL & Respect

According to my calculations, Esso had the higher power level here. This was a good read but I don't see it going both ways here. This was like when Super Vegeta kicked perfect cell in the Neck. No hate to Sand at all, dudes top 10 wet right now

Both bought nice verses, difference here was the execution of the concepts , less filler multis/better set ups which for me, Esso stood out more for having the better bars.

fair vote in.

I read exwhyzee's verse and thought "His style is a lot like mine, and I am going to have to vote against him because he is going against Esso. That sucks." But I was underwhelmed by Esso's performance here, it was very good but not to the level I expect from him in a 32 against a strong opponent. I did not feel there were any super quotables here. I am going with Ex but just barely, Esso could have won this with more consistent high points. Fair's in.
