Good battle here, closer than I thought. I liked Student's Serengeti line and the finisher the most, pretty solid verse. 40k had a solid verse too, I liked the brick line and the black on Student, that was funny lol. Both came really good so that makes this even harder but I'm leaning towards 40k for the more enjoyable verse, both were neck and neck in everything else so I had to go with the one I liked more. Fair vote in, no hate.

40killa is the winner w/ better concepts & execution. The flowing/rhyming in the first bar for Student has an awkward reading. The rest of the verse was okay but didn't really sting his opponent

Student edged wit punches dat hit harder and the more enetertaining verse. 40 did good at da name flips but dat was pretty much his whole verse. Student switched it up more and dats what won it more. 

I 40killa had some hitters here,. a lot of good punches an witty lines. good shit to both, But I got my winner@!
