Nice spar gents. Both had some highlights here. Felt ones verse was more consistant across the 8 tho. 1/

I thought ths was a really nice spar. I gave this to Rican because I think a few of his concepts were a little reachy or unclear at times but they were executed cleanly and consistently, whereas Nitequll had fewer bars and they were executed way less cleanly.

Nitequll that Dora line had me cracking up. Clever flip on a concept I was tryna use myself not long ago, the way you used it had me jealous that I hadn't thought of that tbh. The execution in the setup tho didn't always work. For instance, it sounded like you were saying you were going to kick him through Dora? How would that work? The wordplay has to make sense both ways you can read it within the context of the whole sentence, and this one didn't, which took away from what could have been almost a knockout-blow in an 8-bar. Your remaining bars didn't have as interesting concepts to me and the George Washington Carver one in particular was really unclear, even with the expo. Nonetheless this was an entertaining read and a nice verse.

Rican you were keystyling which makes this impressive, but there were some issues. I was a big fan of the opener, it was only a one-liner but I think it was potentially botb. However, I don't really think a blade would 'pick' someone's brain... I understood it immediately when I saw it but still I thought the wording seemed a little reachy. The rest of your bars were largely the same but a little less memorable, a few reaches here and there (didn't really buy the plumber one, didn't get what it was going for) until the closer. To me this was an extremely basic punch, but it was also really brief and cleanly executed, which made it fine to close the verse with. Overall an impressive keystyle, but with a few too many reaches or simple concepts to be hard-hitting.

Felt like one started of very weak and it cost him the w here, other had a higher punch count and a bit more creativity. 

Had to go with 'Can on this one for coming with a full drop that was well schemed and had some solid punches, versus Nite who was creative but lacked haymakers and missed alot of the box.

ya this a pretty good battle from both. Mega improvement frpm Nitequill conpared to his previous battles keep up that syle and nice use of multis as well. I gotta give it to Rican for edging this w good use of punchlines though i like the sink verse. f air vote
