This was an alright battle.

Bosses, both of your wordplays here were really simple. Even though the bar was decently written, conceptually your opponent bodied you.

Pockets, this was well-written. Your ending wordplay was nice, but the plain/plane wordplay made me want to vomit even though it connected to the punch. I also like how you used an additional layer/reference as the ending multi instead of just a metaphor or simile. Your multis were slightly awkward, but not awful.

In closing, there's a clear winner here. Fair's in.

Gotta say that neither punch was really killing me here. Bosses was pretty basic with the word play, the set up was nothing fire, punch was kinda standard. Pops had some dope wordplay and an ok setup but the final punch really fell flat. Vote goes to pop for having the more bright spots.

Easy winner here. Ones whole punch was structured better. As well as better multies and more creative wordplay. Fairs in.

This was alright...Ones setup was stronger leading to the more impactful line..The other had some really basic wordplay attempts and the ending didn't really do it for me....Got a clear winner

Bosses opener could've been better, it sounded kinda forced "committing, cock it"...i didn't really catch the whole theme, and the "hittin/hidden" thing didn't impress me....oh, i get it now, they "couldn't see" what was "poppin" because it was "hidden" in your "pocket"...ok, i guess.

PockPop had an easier concept to follow, with all the airline references, from the opener to the ending..."Takeoff", "plain view", "bodies landing", "1st class bagging", "coach"...that's the kind of theming i'd expect in a one-bar battle.
