(3rd bar)-chess concept, in chess, the king can only move 1 square, it is the piece that has the 'least progression' out of all the pieces. Referring to his elevating or moving forward. Close battle. Both were evenly matched in having pretty good multi's and nice flow. i think one edged it in creativity w/ a few harder punches. Skill; I liked the minimum spacing between your schemes.. it made it flow and was quite effective. The whole chess bar was pretty dope. Bobby: You had some swag and decent multi's as well. This was a good-ass battle right here, fellas. Skill, I'm usually not a fan of multies under four syllables (I personally try to keep mine at or above five), but you strung them together perhaps better than anyone I've seen since reEFer. Great opener. The second half of your verse I was feeling a little less, but you kept up that flow, and even though the concept of chess is a bit played, you executed it in a somewhat interesting way. I didn't laugh or go OOOOOOOOHHHH, but I did understand what was being said and thought it was creative. King Bobby, I was surprised when I read your verse. You can obviously write decent bars. Your problem was simple consistency. You were coming correct for the first third of your verse or so, but after that, complexity and creativity dropped massively. Just a pro-tip: If some of your verse is better than the rest, you place the good stuff near the end, to get a "Finish Him!" effect instead of a disappointment. With that said, just work on writing more lines like you started with, and you could be a real problem eventually. One got this for me with an all-round better verse, but it was not a landslide like I expected. Fair's in. Voted: -GoRe- / King Bobby
