One verse had some good ideas but just had me cringing with stretched or outright broken multies... also, just a tip for you (the loser): when not all of a word is part of a scheme, only capitalize the parts that are in the scheme! Say, CATHARSIS, PART WITH - since only the last two syllables rhyme, you only capitalize those. So caTHARSIS. It makes your verse a little more readable. To my winner, I had to adjust a bit to account for your accent. I thought your wordplays were a little bit forced. That said, your punches, the ending in particular, made me give you the win. This was really close here. I felt both had a few ups and downs here. Some played concepts. I was feeling that one was going for some of those double entendre style punches but a couple of multis were iffy to me (at least in my accent), The other was smooth w/ decent set ups/ referencing but they were very obvious which took impact off the punches...A couple of forced multis too and overall more played concepts. A little bit of filler in here too. Overall I think my winner edged this w/ consistency. Both of you just need to make sure your conceptts/multis are straight and you'll be golden. This was close, when it came down to concepts you both pretty much came equal. One might've edged it a tad. A good amount of played concepts tho, I liked some from both of you though that were executed pretty well. Multies from both were off, one again exceeded in that. Just awkward wording and it really through off the punches impact in some areas. One used a wordplay that doesn't really work both ways in a sense. This was real close, going with the overall cleaner read and more impacted punches. REAL CLOSE, I'd like to see a rematch. Voted: Dysfunctional /
